Inaccurate reflection of shipping date

One of my POD order shipped on 12/14 and  was delivered on 12/18 with an etsy ship by date of 12/19. However, they only updated the tracking and shipment on 12/20, so now Etsy says the shipment was late, and that effectively costed me my star seller status. I can't seem to be able to update the ship by date for a completed order... any suggestion on what to do? this is incredibly frustrating and unfair.

The information comes from the POD?  If so the tracking information from the POD may have come too late.  Do they batch load tracking to Etsy? 

You can contact Etsy to ask if they will update.  You can't do it.

Thank you. Yes that’s exactly right. I tried contacting Etsy who told me I marked it as completed too late. I tried to explain I didn’t mark anything the POD integration does that, but to no avail. What kills me is Etsy has the tracking, it has the “delivered 12/18” but still marks it as late. It’s a really bad integration.

@CritterQuipsDesign: While we can understand your frustration, and integrations do fail, undoubtedly Etsy's position will be that it is YOUR responsibility to make sure that orders are marked as complete and actually shipped before their scheduled ship by date.

Well I think my responsibility is to make sure my buyers get their product on time, which they did. It’s not my responsibility to ensure Etsy programmers are competent and integrate things smoothly.  Etsy and the POD shops brag how seamless their integration is, so the least they can do is make it right when it fails.
