When you go to my shop, the listing for both the Spiced Pumpkin candles and the listing for the Apple Butter Caramel candles show a price of $13. But when you click on the listing to buy, the price is shown as $13.50 (this is the correct price). I re-listed these today several hours ago after allowing them to expire last winter. But I updated the prices immediately. Still have the glitch. Tried loading my site on different device and same deal.
That's really weird, I'm seeing it in your shop too. Etsy's been really glitchy lately.
They show $13.50 to me without clicking on them.
@NanaLetha look specifically at the Spiced Pumpkin, 2nd row. It shows $13 to me on the storefront, but $13.50 when I click. It's just the 2 the OP mentioned, everything else shows $13.50.
Maybe it's a browser issue, but it still shows different prices to me.
They show as $13.50 to me, but I believe you because I've had that glitch and many others saw it also. The next day my shop was back to normal.
If you used Quick Edit to change the prices, there has been an issue with that way of changing them recently. It's happened exactly as you experienced. Eventually, it is corrected. Sometimes, what you see in your shop is a cached version too, and that might be why you see the previous price. If you didn't use Quick Edit to change the price, that glitch doesn't apply (obviously).
I see $13.00 on Spiced Pumpkin & Apple Butter.
Yea, I see 13. but when click it shows as 13.5 weird. Now going to go check my stuff.
I see $13.00 on your main page for the Spiced Pumpkin and the apple butter cancles but if I click on the listings I see $13.50.
This is not the 1st time I've heard of this happening.
Thanks for the input, everyone. It's still showing the incorrect prices for me this morning, but hopefully will resolve soon. Don't want ticked off customers who see a higher price when they click.
Have you put in a support ticket?
How do they go about doing that @SeasideRoseCreations ? In case the rest of us ever need it too.
Ps, you have a GREAT shop! Stop tempting me with your wares.
I'll add more listings to the "glitch news" - I see your Pear Spice, Cider Barrel, Enchanted Apple, Bonfire Bliss as $13.00 on the main page, $13.50 on listing's page.
Yes, it was still a problem this morning. Didn't resolve on its own. Etsy support said I have to de-activate each listing, then re-activate to correct the problem.
We as sellers shouldn't have to worry whether or not our prices show correctly. You posted this over a month ago and my prices are still incorrect. It's obviously an ongoing Etsy glitch that they are not taking seriously! Just two examples in my shop are 'black cape' and 'alarm clock'.
@CollectionSelection is correct. The prices are wrong on her mentioned items also. That really needs to be addressed.
I'm having the same issues sort of. I had an order yesterday and the total on that is completely different from the order I received today but yet when I add it up myself neither price is correct.
There was / is a known issue with bulk edit and the quick edit on the listings page where the listing itself is updated but the change does not propagate to a shop home page, etc. The only workaround seems to be to <edit> and <publish> the actual listing.
The problem still exists.
Looks like it is fixed to me. I'm not seeing the issue at all.
