After having had a handmade shop for 10 years, with a handful of PDF sewing patterns, I recently decided to stop sewing and focus on sewing patterns only.
Frantically (with love and fun) I revised my old patterns and wanted to upload my revised bestseller pattern a few days ago. But sadly it doesn't work.
It concerns a 14 mB PDF file. I've tried on 3 different browsers, with my laptop and with the Etsy app. It just gives a 'Fail and retry'.
Contacting Etsy support through chat was fine, they were very helpful but couldn't do much because it concerns a technical issue.
So they send my problem to technical support.
This morning I received a reply saying that although technical support understands my frustration, 'they cannot prioritise this issue and don't know if they will ever fix it.'
Anyone any suggestions?
For the past 10 years I made a full income with my shop on Etsy so I don't have any other revenues. I risked a few months of no income to start this new pattern business but if I can't upload files, I'd better reactivate my made to order listings again.
