Importing Orders - Stamps.com

Is anyone else still having issues with Stamps.com not importing orders from Etsy?  I really need to get labels printed!  Thank you and have a great evening!

After 10 yrs of business, I dumped them last month.  I had issues with the labels not scanning acceptance.  The post office scanned them and I had a receipt, but the post office would not show a scan until after they were delivered.  It was an issue with their bar codes.

You should call them to see if they can help you. they Will likely need to remove your import set and and redo it again.  ALso make sure you are using there current software .  That will affect importing as well

There were a load of posts yesterday about various Etsy integrations not working - I expect this is why it's not synching with your Etsy account.

Thank you all for your response.  I will contact stamps.com, but it seems this time it is an issue on Etsy’s side.  If it happens to be on stamps.com side, though, I will post whatever solution they have and maybe it can help others having the same problem.  Take care all and have a great evening!

Yes, The past 2 days when I try to import orders they don't import to my stamps software and when I create and print labels on stamps it doesn't mark them as shipped on Etsy or import tracking numbers. Not sure if it's Etsy or stamps or both but I hope it gets resolved soon because manually doing all of the shipping imports and tracking is a hassle. I've also been having this weird issue with Etsy setting ship dates on different days than the order says. For instance, the order will say ship on Monday but it's marked as overdue on Monday as if I would have been able to ship it on Sunday.

Update: I just disconnected and reconnected my stamps from Etsy and all of the orders imported just fine. I think it's all fixed now.
