Immediate Action Required: Store Verification Delay

Yesterday, without any prior warning, our store was suddenly put into holiday mode. The reason stated was that our store is under review for verification and that required documents need to be uploaded. However, there has been no clarification about which documents are needed, and we have not received any email. It's been over a day, and we still haven’t received any information or communication from your side. We believe this might be a technical issue.

We have been waiting all year to make sales during the Christmas season, and facing such a problem during this critical period is truly disheartening. We kindly request that the process is completed as quickly as possible and the issue is resolved without further delay.

Have you checked your email in spam? there has been a drive for sellers to be re-verified and to make sure they are adhering to the terms placed by the marketplace. So it could be a number of reasons.

I would contact Etsy and resend your ID and tax number.

All your items are listed as handmade and have no production partners listed, so maybe also send them a video showing yourself making the jewellery from scratch and then a section which includes you personalising the jewellery.

I hope Etsy will solve this problem soon. Try to reach with live cheat to Etsy. I believe they may bring fast solution.
