Images Won't Scroll When Buyers Select Specific Images from DropDown Menus

Hello,

Has any of their buyers informed them that they cannot select specific images when they select from their drop-down menus? Before, a potential buyer is able to select from my drop-down menus and the images would automatically scroll for them. This is a huge problem if a buyer is trying to select With Gift Box if they want it in a gift box. Does anyone have this problem or if they have been informed? Please Etsy, solve this technical issue. Thank you.

Thanks for checking. Yes it works on the Etsy app but not on the browsers.

If you are talking about photos which are linked to variations - the last I heard, this feature can sometime break when a listing is renewed. It was first reported as a problem several years ago. 

As a workaround I always suggest that you label the photos with the same text as the variation option.

If contacting Etsy support directly you will need to send them enough info to be able to recreate or view the issue themselves. So send them; listing examples (urls and how many times it has renewed), browser versions, device used (e.g. desktop operating system) etc.

Use a browser and the OLD listing form to create & edit listings ... the app & new form seem to be very problematic!
