I somehow can’t respond to potential customers. Is there anyone who have had the same problem?
This usually happens if you have sent a lot of messages to customers, especially if you have spammed potential customers with offers.
Etsy puts the Messaging on hold, usually for up to 10 days. Nothing you can do but wait.
If you haven't been sending out messages, it could be a glitch. These usually clear up rather quickly.
You can always contact Etsy and ask, but your chances of getting a timely response are questionable.
You have 3 items listed and no sales, so it's unlikely you are getting messages from actual buyers. Scammers frequently message brand-new shops with brand-new listings and say things ranging from just "Hello" to "I'm having problems placing my order, can I have your email/phone number/SMS/Whatsapp address?"
If you respond and Etsy has already caught the spam scam, you won't be able to reply because Etsy has removed them.
Mark them as Spam.
If you’re getting the error message user can’t be found, then Etsy closed the account.
