is this legit? My response does not get submitted and I do not know how to contact support. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

No this isn't legit , it is the start of a SCAM which has been well documented here.
Don't reply and send the message to SPAM

The message was NOT from Support.
It's a scam to steal YOUR money by giving these crooks your bank/credit card information.
Your reply is not being sent because Etsy had REMOVED those scammers account.
There's nothing to contact Etsy about and if you want to contact Etsy you do this through your shop manager > Help > contact us.
You have NO sales.
There's 1,000's of posts on these forums about these scams going back to at least July.
Plus this announcement and info on your message page.
If the message is NOT in the FROM ETSY section, then it's 100% a scam.
Etsy does not need your email, they have it. They'd never ask you to update any financial info through a link like that.
Etsy would put a notice on your dashboard/financial page.
A buyer never ever needs your email.
