Hello=] I'm having the most trouble getting my identity verified because my driver's license didn't match my SS# because of marriage. OK, I get it. So I went and had it officially changed with Social Security but it's like Etsy is ran by bots and I just get the same message from trust and safety saying my documents don't match. Has anyone else had this issue and if so how did you resolve it? Thanks in advance for any insight.
