It looks the same for me.
It is kind of funny to think they'd spend time on something like this but there are times etsy HAS to make a change for some reason. There could be something on the back end that conflicts with how the page display is now.
Etsy doesn't tell us when or why they make changes and there are plenty of times sellers don't need to know the details. At the same time, it would benefit etsy's reputation if they were more transparent with changes. It's frustrating to have constant changes and frustrating the sellers leads to anger and distrust of etsy.
