IOS iPhone App - Photos cropping Issue - Bug

When I look at my shop on the Iphone app my photos are all cropped off.  Last week it was a problem of photos being cropped in search which seems to be fixed but now I look at my shop and the photos are cutoff.  We are giving a thumbnail in the listing process to view how are photos will look when cropped in a square why is this not carried over to the app?  This is a recent update as all the photos in my shop last week looked fine.  We are coming up on the holiday season this is not the time to be making changes constantly.

I know I spent days working on my photos and when I looked at the search yesterday it was back to normal so I switched my photos back because I did not like the zoomed out view.   I didn't think to look at the shop view because it had been fine. Today I looked at my shop and photos are cutoff.  It makes no sense why there is not a consistent standard for photos that is applied across devices.
