I'm running etsy shop as a business. 

uploaded company certification, my passport, utility bills around a month ago 

then nothing has been happen.

contacted numerous times , but replied just auto general response, asking upload again. 

how to sort it out?   The messages seem forgotten.

anyone having a similar experience?
