ID Verification Funds on Hold

My shop was placed into vacation mode on Jan 31, and Etsy support fixed the issue and my shop is out of vacation mode. However, my funds from January are still on hold and says:

"Your funds are in a temporary hold until we verify your seller info (this usually takes up to 48 hours)."

It has been like this since January. Just like with the other issue, I made sure all my ID and bank info is up to date. Please somebody from support reach out, because I want to rectify the issue. Thank you

all your items say - this listing no longer available ,

normally this happens when etsy takes them down

has something happened to your shop, as all those items h=are gone, along with all their quality score?

check youe business registartion on your governmwnts website, is it letter for letter what you entered on etsy?

I removed my own listings, they were not taken down. I had no issues with any of my listings and I've answered this in the previous forum post. All my items are my own, I've just had other shops start copying them and making cheap versions.

All my ID info is updated and correct as well

One piece and other anime items are trademarked and many of those Sunny fluid drift bottles are mass produced and available online from numerous different sellers.

Were any of your listings removed by Etsy before this happened to your shop?

None of my items were removed, I make all my own items, but some other shops have been mass producing and making cheap version of my items.

I removed my own items from Etsy for the time being, I'm just trying to sort out this ID verification issue and withdraw the money on hold so I can make new items that hopefully will not be copied
