Now etsy put my store on forced vacation mode again and all my information is already verified and approved. how can I reach etsy so I can find out why it's on vacation mode? the dashboard doesn't say what the issue is...

And FYI ..... the first thing you should do when your shop is back is check your monthly statements.
One seller who was put on Vacation Mode checked their monthly statements when they got back and discovered that they were charged listing fees and tax for all of the products in their shop. All at once.
They contacted customer service via chat right away and were able to get a refund. The explanation that was given was that all the listings were deactivated when the shop was in vacation mode, and when it was restored, the listings were relisted automatically, which generated a huge bill.

Those of us in the EU and UK and possibly other non-US countries, have been paying local taxes on every single transaction on Etsy for years ie, listing fees, transaction fees, processing fees , regulatory operating fees are all charged 20% tax here in France
Same issue here for 6 days now. No explanation why either.
Last time I received a call back, but this time all the call backs say null like there is an error so I'm not able to speak to anyone. Did they reach out by email to you?
I'm on day 2 for this shop and my other shop got on vacation mode too..
I am having the same issue for the second day now and have no idea why. I have send out an email and have gotten no response. Really inconvenient at the peak of the season.
Using Subaru and Ford IP could cause more problems when your shop is taken off vacation mode.
hopefully you'll have your store back soon. Last time I waited 2 weeks. I'm hoping this time will be faster and someone will respond to my help request.

MY shop is having same issue for 5 days. They put it on vacation mode and didn't contact me about it or ask for a document to verify. We can't get a reply for our e mails or support requests. I need a help or at least want to know what is happening! This is really frustrating!

Is it a glitch? I don't know. My shop is always in good standing. My legalities are always accurate and up to date. My star seller status is impeccable - there is no reason why this would happy to my shop all of a sudden.
I've been trying to reach out for three days now and it's as though Etsy support has just decided to close the doors early for Christmas but I expect they are drowning under a sea of complaints, emails, appeals etc. It's criminal how this can happen, especially at this time of year.
And when it does get back to normal, we'll probably not even get an apology.
Frustrating doesn't even come close to how I'm feeling. I had backed up my payout for this week, so I had enough to see us though - they won't even allow us our hard earned money. Can you imagine how much interest that is for Etsy?
