Hi!
I just received a email saying I've got 2 orders. I can see them in my dashboard but now where else. No messages, no shipping info, no name. As soon as i open the order details through my email it says the account has been suspended.. I'm at a loss. Is this another scam? Up until now it only have been scam messages saying i need to click certain links and stuff. But never an actual order.
Can someone help me?

The orders are showing in your seller dashboard under "open orders"? Do they say "in progress"?
it's possible that Etsy discovered post-order that the accounts were scammers or somehow compromised - that has happened to many sellers
I only see "orders" 2. Nothing about open orders. Even in my page of orders i don't see them.
Okay the orders just vanished so I think it must have been a scam right?

If you receive an actual order, you will see it in your "Orders and Shipping" section and you will receive an email from Etsy notifying you that you have a sale, and there will be a notification in your dashboard as well.
the same thing is happening to me!
Always check your payment account to see an order- to tell if it is real or not.
