I shipped two orders the SAME DAY they were placed and they are showing as late on the star seller dashboard. I downloaded my stats and the CSV stats do not match the information on my seller dashboard. I have screenshots of everything to prove it, what do I do?
Bumping this up for you so other sellers with experience in this area can chime in.
In the mean time are your shipping settings set to same day without processing times? If so, could the package have been sent after the cut off time on that day? Does the tracking number show the package is being delivered within the expected time period? If no problems are found it might help to contact Etsy support and provide them with the screen shots. I'm sorry to hear you are dealing with this.
@PrintYourSheet Did you purchase your shipping label through Etsy? Do you purchase tracking? If you purchased from an outside source, did you return and enter the tracking number and mark it as shipped that same day? I am sort of wondering if maybe you didn't mark it as shipped in time for it to consider it shipped on time.
@PrintYourSheet: "I shipped two orders ..." Did you also mark it as shipped / completed on or before the scheduled ship date? That is often the reason for a 'discrepancy'.
Check your settings, I just noticed Etsy added holidays and defaulted for shipping on all of them without notice! I clicked them off but I am still getting the notice that my shipments will be late! This makes no sense, I have 2-3 days processing and ship same day! I do not get it!!!
Just because you printed the label ( it doesn't matter with what company)-- it is not proof that you actually shipped the item on time. If you have a receipt of when you dropped your items at the PO --OR-- a screen shot of your tracking that says that the PO accepted the packages when you told Etsy you mailed the items.. then I would contact the Help desk and prove to them that you actually gave the PO the items when you were supposed to.. Otherwise there is no proof and etsy can only go by when USPS accepted the items.
