I recently made my digital store on etsy and after one sale they put me on holiday mode why?

Etsy most likely asked for a copy of your ID. Check your email.

I have the same problem. Right after my 3rd sale etsy put me on holiday to reupload my ID. I did but nothing happen since nearly two weeks and my shop is still closed. I only can email to the support (etsy doesn't show me chat option or phone) and always get a standard-copy response that explains what I already did. How long do I have to wait?

Etsy might also be reviewing your shop. I notice that you don’t have the policies required by UK law.
