Ive filled this feedback out on multiple surveys....but the issue is still unresolved. Ive also flagged with Shipstation.
Orders completed via integration partners, ie Shipstation, dont seem to be marking as having tracking. You can see the tracking number, and the approved Carrier (Australia Post) however, Etsy still says there is no tracking.
That same tracking pulls through on other marketplaces no problem, just not on Etsy. It means you have to manually go back into the order, and then mark it a having tracking and enter the tracking number. Please can this issue be fixed!!!
Etsy support is not here in Forums. This section is peer support from other sellers. You need to contact Etsy directly. I doubt if filling out surveys will bring the issue to anyone's attention.
Have you followed the integration guide on ShipStation's website?
