Have you tried general trouble shooting? Clearing cookies and restarting my computer would be the first things I would try. Also try printing from a different browser.
My site is not active, but I am being charged for having the pattern site and for marketing on pattern as well. Why is that, and who is making changes to my Etsy site when I haven’t begun using it.
@CopperEMBRACEMENTS: You agreed to pay for Pattern at signup whether or not you actually use it. If your Pattern site is showing listings it is probably because you checked the appropriate box on that listing form.

I've recently purchased and printed 2 USPS Priority Mail shipping labels, no problem. But when I try to print a packing slip it says "oops. Not available, or something like that. This used to work just fine, but something has changed.

Where are you trying to print the packing slip from? I assume the order page? Select the order(click the box if there is more than one or pick select all) Click the 3 dots and Print then the packing slip option should pop up?
@audreyterese suggested I try a different browser. I was using duckduckgo and Etsy printed the shipping labels just fine. But Etsy didn't like something about duckduckgo so it refused to print a packing slip. So I tried Edge, and that works. Thanks for the help.
