I am sick of having ETSY automatically refund my buyers within minutes of them opening a case. The cases are not reviewed as the refund is in contradiction to Etsy policies and my policies, and I have no opportunity to provide any information about the order.
Etsy is now becoming known in the marketplace as being easy to scam. Just place an order and then raise a case and you will be automatically refunded!
Further evidence that ETSY has absolutely no care, concern or commitment to their sellers. This is reinforced by the fact that there is no contact information.
I have raised my concerns about these illegal trade practices with the Australia Competition and Consumer Commission and will be meeting with representatives later this week. They are already investigating Etsy's practices apparently.
PS. Just like the FAQs, the labels provided below are tailored to limit the identification and recognition of these practices.

since it became difficult to find the links for help, i’ve collected links where sellers mentioned they found help options. i hope one of these will work for you:
here is the link to the “how to contact support” from the seller’s handbook.
here is a link to initiate chat or email.
here is the link to request a callback.
or try this link or this link to email them.
if you do email them you *should* get an automated reply and once you do, you must reply to that email above the line of asterisks that their automated best guess solutions did not work. all you have to say is something like “i still need help” send the reply, and it should stay active.
i am not sure if the chat and callback options are worldwide and are available outside of standard M-F business hours.
You have got to be joking....
These are not link to contact ETSY. They are links to an opportunity to spend hours tracking down ETSY determined dead end paths that give no opportunity to discuss specific issues.
Chat does not work in Australia.
Email address ..... "not monitored"
your policies are unclear
Do you work for ETSY??
@Motifsbyhand Does who work for Etsy?
The people who actually work for Etsy are busy doing other things.
The forum is just other buyers.
Email Etsy, or request a call.
