I'm from China, when I filled in VAT ID and click "Sumbit" but nothing happed, I could not proceed further.
I've been selling on Etsy more than 10 years and I'm a star seller, but today is my last day to confirm seller info, my shop will be soon on vacation mode.
The esty support said (one lady and one gentleman) they will forward my issue to some specialists and ask me to check my emails from time to time, but so far I haven't received any reply, I'm really frustrated and don't know what to do.
Can anyone here help me? I would highly appreciated.
