I met the star seller standards but I didn't get the badge in my store

@Spencerawoodcrafts   I wouldn't place so much importance on the star seller system.  It is extremely flawed.  Customers pay attention to good service, good products and good reviews.  I will NEVER have the tracking star since I'm in Canada, where tracking rates are higher than product, but my sales are just fine.

Did you also meet the 5 sales and $300 requirement? Im assuming you met the $300 requirement based on your item prices but 5 sales maybe not just because you sell higher priced items?

You have to meet both the 5 sales and $300 minimums to be eligible for the star or the individual badges.

You have SS badges for replies and reviews. Shipping badge is missing. Download your Order history file and see what it says.

you have to ship on time, with a tracking number aftership recognises, and enter the number before the dispatch date

in "previous review period" above - on time shipping and tracking, you can click on - download message and shipping history

click on it, it downloads a zip fil with both csv's, you an see which ones etsy things wasn't on time, or not recognisable tracking number
