I met all the requirements for Star seller badge but did not get it

Hi,

I have been selling on etsy from last few months. I have been meeting with the star seller badge requirements but did not get my star seller badge this month. I exceeded all the metrics required to become star seller.

please help or let me know where did i go wrong???

It takes a day or two for everything to update.

On another note, your listings violate many trademarks or copyrights.  Etsy has recently had bad press for just that, I have become more earnest about ferreting out such infringements.

@DopeArtCrafts: Star Seller is awarded only the first of the month. If you met all of the criteria for the past three months (minimum number of sales, minimum dollar amount, met or exceeded the three badge requirements) and your first sale was more than 90 days before the 1st, you should get the star sometime on June 1st - June 2nd.

Sadly, this ship is loaded with trademarks, and we are not supposed to  help sellers who don't adhere to Etsy's rules.

today is the 4th and still no badge. I have exceeded every requirement. I can not find a way to get help from etsy. I only see quick answers which do not help. Any suggestions?

Has it been 90 days since your first sale, That is your first criteria. It looks like your first review was the end of January. If you made your first sale in Jan. It’s too early yet as April counts January 1-March 31. You won’t be eligible till May.

@ClassyGlassByLora: "I have exceeded every requirement." The date of your earliest review would imply that you did not yet qualify.

Star Seller is calculated and awarded only on the 1st of each month, and on that day it must have been more than 90 days since your first sale, then you need to have met the order quantity and volume requirements during the preceding three month period, and only then are the other metrics considered.

Looking at your reviews you have already had an item removed for infringement, unless I am wrong.
