People are unable to make purchases from my store due to an error on the site. There has been no response on Etsy chat. How else can I contact Etsy support ? Is there an e mail address ?
How do you know people can’t buy from your shop?
Ive had several people attempt to buy products. They get a error message after checkout, Its to do with the setup of Etsy payements. Its a brand new site
Do you make any of those items in your shop?
Are you sure it wasn’t spam, I can get to checkout without any issue

I didn't try to actually buy, but I did put one of your items in my cart. No problem (and the cart told me "already in 1 cart" or something like that!)

Thanks for checking the site. But the error occurs after checkout, at purchase. The issue is with the setup of Etsy payments. This is a brand new site. I am unable to complete the setup due to a technical error on the site related to the "save and continue" button which wont allow me to continue the process.
Has this “buyer”, who claims they can’t get through the checkout, asked for your email address?
The error is most likely on the buyer's end. If they are using the app they need to update the app. They may need to reboot their computer/browser if using that device.
I don't see others coming here to state there are payment issues so chances are it is limited to the buyers in question.
If it is credit card refusal then maybe the processor is aware that the cards are fraudulent. Stolen cards are often tried on shops to see if they are useable. Sometimes it is the first time the buyer learns their card has been stolen,
Your Etsy payments is set up. You should have everything set up with Printify. None of the selections are grayed out.
I would direct the buyers to Etsy as it may be their cards that is the issue. You cannot do anything on your end.
Did chat actually talk to you or did you just send in a question? If you got no reply back chat may not have seen or the person may have closed the window.
Not sure what you mean by save and continue. That doesn't sound like anything on Etsy but then it's been a long time since I had to do any set up. As I said your Etsy payments is available.

Thanks for the response. But Etsy support already previously confirmed it is an issue with my specific site. There are no issues with the buyers cards they already went through the process with Etsy seller support. There's a "Save and continue button" in Finances, Setup Etsy payments. I should be able to click on it to continue setup, but I cant. Chat have not replied at all. Ive asked them several times for a response. But I will try the link you posted. Thanks
It took 24 hours for Etsy chat to get back to me. They will send you an email if you are not available to chat if you get tired of waiting. They said they are really swamped with chat calls.
