I keep getting the QR code but I am not getting help with this.

I have had three different people from Etsy contacting me with no follow though. They just disappear and do not respond back to help me. They send me incomplete emails or do not respond back. Where is the CHAT box again as I cannot find it. I am getting no help and getting very frustrated.

One person sent me a QR code but did not show me how to use it and disappeared.

Another person said they would send me a link, but that never happened.

And another person sent me an email that was short and incomplete.

@WishByKaren Those messages are from people trying to scam you. Unfortunately there are a lot of different scam tactics going at the moment. 

You can mark those messages as spam using a computer browser.

You are probably not getting any response from these people because they do not work for Etsy.  They are running a scam and Etsy has removed them from the site.  You don't need to contact Etsy about anything.  Just mark the messages as spam and do not respond to them.

@WishByKaren  If someone claiming to be Etsy Support is sending you a QR code to verify your account or it will be shut down, it is a scam.  Which is you aren't getting a response, Etsy likely shut down the scammers.

If you have a REAL message from Etsy, it will be in the "From Etsy" box on your messages.  If the messages aren't in "From Etsy", they are not from Etsy.

I wouldn't want to see anyone (especially other Etsy buyers) get scammed, but....it's obvious that you don't make the items you are selling.  I see in one review that you claim to be the designer but I have seen nothing in your listings to indicate that you are designing the items and having a Production Partner make them for you.  That's a necessity on Etsy.

Unfortunately those are scams.

BTW add your about page.  If using a POD that needs to be shown and that you are the designer.  It will help your shop look more complete.
