I have orders that I can't access

I have orders showing up on my app (not thru the web browser) that when I click on them I get the message "there was a problem loading this order" So I can't ever ship out the order and when I receive messages from these buyers asking where their items are I also can't respond to their messages. I have submitted to requests that have been sent to the engineering team but after 6 weeks I have not gotten a response or any resolution. This is extremely frustrating for me and the buyers and it is also affecting my star seller status.

Anyone else experiencing this? Any resolutions?

You have had orders sitting waiting for 6 weeks?

I would clear your cookies and your cache and/or use a different browser.  Some have had issues with Chrome recently but it works fine for me.  Firefox is allegedly the supported browser for Etsy but it always hangs for me.

Correct, I have 5 outstanding orders, the longest one was placed 6 weeks ago.  They show up in my app, but not in my browser (so doesn't look like a browser issue)

Unless you try with a different browser, you will not know so give it a go.
