I have not been able to post a listing for 3 days straight, HELP

Every time I have tried to post my new listing for the last 3 days I get the same error, that it is having trouble saving my information and to try again or contact support.

I switched my images from PNGs to JPGS, I have updated my laptop OS, I have tried another browser (Chrome & Safari), I have cleared all my cache/cookies/browser history, and I have tried posting with 0 variations. Every single time I am getting the same error message, and it won't allow me to save as a draft either (same error message for that).

Is anyone else having this problem? I haven't seen it, and I don't see it on the known issues page, yet I have been dealing with it for 3 days. 

Help please.

i just copy an existing listing.

and then change all the stuff i need to change.

have you tried that?

are you using the new and unimproved horrible listing form.

if you are... switch back to the old one.

I was using the new one, I guess I didn't realize there was an older one. So then I tried the older one, and on that one I got an error about it not being able to post my alt-text. Which I really only had regular grammar like , . : ; - symbols. No emojis or other types of symbols. I ended up erasing all of my description except for the first paragraph, and I still got the same error.

I got an error message this morning. Just to be clear, I copied an existing listing, amended it and it kept telling me I had to "fix inventory" and took me to the price, quantity and SKU area. All of these were filled out, I removed them, and re-added and it kept saying the same thing. It wouldn't let me save to draft or publish.

I actually came to check the forum to see if there was an issue. When I went back to the tab with my listing, it suddenly worked. Could be a bug.

I am getting the error message: red bar at the top of my browser that says "Uh oh! Something went wrong - please try again." 

I figured out I was in the new system, so I tried the old posting system. In that one I got a different error message about "alt-text."

I tried deleting all of my description except for 1 paragraph, which just has normal grammar punctuation in it. None of my titles or tags have symbols outside of commas of course. I then deleted all of my variations, and nothing worked.

I just don't understand how we can't directly report and issue or chat with someone within Etsy. Why is my only option the forum, where we are all just sellers trying to figure this out. Am I missing a way to contact tech support directly?

I FINALLY GOT IT! Apparently I had an ' in my photo description section for Mother's Day. So I was finally able to post, thank goodness! I was losing my mind lol! Maybe that was what the fuss was all about in the newer system too, who knows. Thanks for anyone who reached out, I appreciate your help!

@BlaqKat That fix inventory is an old problem. That message gets thrown when you have checked one of the Attributes as "I offer more than one" - and don't have a corresponding Variation set up.  Go to the Attribute and select something else, or set up a Variation for the choice that you offer more than one of (like colors).
