I have no late dispatches but Etsy says 50% are.

I've been trying really hard to qualify for star seller. I have every requirement except smooth dispatch. It says 10 out of 20 of my orders were not dispatched on time. When I downloaded message and order history data it said "No" on the row of "Dispatched on time?" to ten orders.

However I individually checked each order number and can see they were ALL dispatched on time! So this is a mistake or something and I don't know how to fix it. I have never dispatched an order late, especially not in this 3 month review period which I have verified by checking each individual order.

 

Does anyone know how I can fix this or let Etsy know so they can fix it? Thank you

Hey There!

 

The Tracking metric is the percentage of orders that include a tracking number that shows tracking on Etsy, or use a shipping label purchased on Etsy. Please check the carrier and the tracking number match. If the carrier and tracking numbers do not match, this will count as an invalid tracking number. The orders must be shipped on time and with tracking. Did all of your orders include a tracking number?

@ThingsNiceTreasures  : Were all of the orders actually scanned? Make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Does each order at least say "In Transit"?  Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking and often recent shipments are not correctly / timely updated. If a package is never scanned it will eventually revert to a not shipped status.
