Etsy can ban shops that sell illegal items from having star seller.

With what you are selling, you won't ever be getting the badge.  What you might get is sued and/or your shop closed and you permanently banned from selling on etsy.

We've double-checked your Star Seller, and it appears that you haven't passed the 90-days since you had your first sale. Please remember that aside from the customer-centric metric, your shop must also need to have been on Etsy’s platform for 90 days since your first sale(not the date you opened your shop) before you are eligible to be evaluated for Star Seller. 

Additionally, Star Sellers will be evaluated on the first of each month. This means that if you pass the 90-days period on the middle of the month, you will be eligible for Star Seller evaluation for the next month and not for the current month.
