This is to Etsy. Since I can not open a case I was told to report here.

I checked the tracking link and I see that it was shipped on the 12th
DHL tracking from my printing partner: 420982779261290316870201959569
It says

Kansas City, MO, USIt was also delivered on time. Please fix my star seller rating as this was shipped on time. Thank you.
@PuddleKickers: "Since I can not open a case I was told to report here." Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts). Etsy support does not have the ability to make changes to Star Seller stats and is instructed to send people to the forum.
"Please fix my star seller rating as this was shipped on time." Unfortunately Etsy has made it clear that they will not manually adjust Star Seller stats. However they have sometimes been able to correct errors in the underlying data and then the Star Seller stats will auto update (but not retroactively).
A suggestion was made to NOT mention Star Seller when contacting support as doing so seems to negatively affect the ability to get these kinds of issues resolved.
Thank you, very helpful. I reached out to support with just the order details and didn't bring up my Star Seller score (which is 99%, by the way—I'm just very proactive). After reviewing it closely, they agreed that the order was indeed shipped on the 12th but wasn't marked as complete until the 13th. Not sure why that happened, as it was shipped by my production partner.
it's probably to do with a timezone thing, etsy uses utc, you use north carolina, and the shiping company uses local which is kansas
dhl use local, whatever the local is in different steps of the journey.
....
etsy have given us the option now, so we can choose our local time, but if you use a shipper, I would use their local time
....
esty pushes you here for our best advice as other sellers, we can't actually do anything
I only ship some of my items with a production partner (due to the lack of large enough equipment), most of them I print myself in-house. So I don't think I can set two time zones?
no, you can't set 2 time zones
@PuddleKickers Did you download your SS On Time Shipping Tracking history ?
Yes, it shows that I shipped it on the 13th, tracking shows that it was in motion on the 12th (3 scans of movement).
the tracking shows buying a label - and awaiting shipment, those 100% mean it's NOT shipped yet
and reading this..
EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE OR AWAITING PROCESSING
it doesn't sound like it's reached DHL yet, so not shipped.....
and as it's 17:08, it still could be a timezone thing
Yes, this is what they said. It was shipped but not completed. It seems as though it is a technicality to me, not the same as printing a label but not actually shipping until the next day ... But whatever. I lost my 100% on-time shipping for awhile
When I lived in CA I would take it PO and have them scan it, but the scanners were not updated till evening. I found out if I gave it to carrier when she dropped mail off in our comm. box she would scan it, and that scan updated then and there. So even tho she finished her route before the item got to the PO her scan was earlier than the actual PO. I don't have a problem where I am at now because there is only one shipment from my PO at 2:00 pm so everything is scanned on that truck going to Phoenix.
