I had no tracking for an order under 10€, put it still decreased my Star seller percentage

I dont know how to fix this, but I had a sticker order that was 5€, and to keep the shipping affordable, I did not ship it with tracking. However, it still decreased my star seller percentage, although on etsy it says only orders above 10€ need to have it. Did this happen to anyone else? I dont feel that it makes sense to pay a lot for shipping a simple sticker, but I dont want to lose my star seller badge.

It should not affect as you are allowed the 10Euros level and under not to have tracking.  I would contact Etsy and ask them about this. 

Did you mark complete within your processing time frame?  That can perhaps be the reason rather than the amount.

However do contact Etsy to ask.  You should not have been dinged.

We've double-checked the order that is affecting your Star Seller, it appears that the total value is above €10 and the tracking events aren't showing. In cases like this, it is possible that the shipping carrier’s tracking may not be supported on Etsy. If Etsy cannot process your carrier’s tracking events, please consider using an alternate carrier.

Or, the number being entered may not be the tracking number, or a slight error may have been made in entering the number. Please check the carrier and the tracking number match. If the carrier and tracking numbers do not match, this will count as an invalid tracking number. You can also check our help center article explaining how to add or edit a tracking number.

On the other hand, please know that as of the moment, tracking metrics don’t account for local pickup, shipping without tracking if not in a market with an exception(below £10/€10/CA$15/AU$15), or in-person delivery. All physical orders must include a valid tracking number or a shipping label purchased on Etsy to be counted positively toward the on-time shipping & tracking.
