I entered two tracking numbers, but Etsy says I didn't

Hello,

I shipped two orders yesterday and entered the tracking numbers. They are trackable on the USPS website; however, it is still showing pre-transit on Etsy. It took my dispatching percentage from 100% down to 78%. This has been an issue before in the past and has been what has kept me from Star Seller in past months. I finally got Star Seller for March, I don't want to lose it, but it seems I might with issues such as this.

It takes them a while to catch up. I dropped two packages with tracking at the PO Feb 28th and they didn't scan them until March 1st so I didn't get the star seller, but it's a worthless program anyway so I don't care.

It seems to be an issues they are working on.  I had to have them call for 2 of mine that were not updating

It has been going on since Monday.  It seems any label not printed via Etsy, like manually entry or third party shipping sites is doing this.  I am up to over 75 now and my star seller status is below 90% due to this Etsy error.
