Okay what is really going on with the Star Seller. My rating are dropping when I know for a fact that I am responding as well as providing shipping info way ahead of time. I never ship and I always answer my messages. This seems to be very unfair to drop from 100% to 80's in a days time. Where is Etsy's accountability on this matter???
What do you mean "I never ship"? And are you making the lip glosses, scrubs, bangle bracelets, etc. - I don't see a production partner listed for any of your products.
