I don't receive Etsy email notifications when a new message arrives.

Do you use Yahoo mail by any chance? Some people using Yahoo have been reporting problems in recent weeks with not receiving some emails from Etsy.

Happening to me! Can't figure out how to fix it- contacted Etsy but got no response.

@HotFlashCollectables   There may be no fix.  It might be your email provider.  Check to see if you need to allow Etsy access.  Check to see if there are any other rule changes. 

Servers can get full and sometimes that means emails don't get delivered.  Sometimes servers hiccup when communicating with each other.

The important thing is to visit your shop anyways once or twice a day and not rely on emails

@HotFlashCollectables:  Based on the many threads about this in this forum there is no "fix". Best advice right now is to log into your shop at least once per day via a browser to check for messages and orders and not rely on eMail notifications or the apps.

@HotFlashCollectables There is one long-time Etsy Seller in Canada who has reported she stopped receiving Etsy Emails several years ago and Etsy has never been neither willing nor able to fix this.
