I couldn't a text message for 2fa. whats the problem?

I want to turn off two factor authentication. In order to turn it off, a message should be sent to my phone number. but no message for days. I wonder why. I need a solution!

Is this how you did it?

1. In your Account settings, go to Security.
2. On the right, toggle off the option next to Authenticator App, SMS, or Phone.

I tried your suggestions but it didnot work. The sms not coming. The transaction is not confirmed because there is no code.
