Costumers cant buy my Product!?

Hello, since a few days I receive messages from customers who do not manage to buy an item.

Can anyone give me a hint what the problem is?

I myself was able to buy my item without any problems.

Messages from customers:

"Hello, I wanted to pay for your product but I got an error message. It says I need your e-mail address."

or

"Hello, I would like to purchase your item on Etsy but your e-mail has been requested, can you please provide me with it?"

those are scams. buyers dont need your email address

That is a scam message that has been sent to many sellers lately.   Do not respond, put it in spam, but most important do not click any links the scammer may send.

They are scams . Don't give them nothing.  I give it to one person and i lost 100$ from my card with no information about money transfer.  SPAMS
