I check out my responding message rate. it is not reflecting the truth. some clients write 3 different accounts or rows if you check out messages and write their names you will see 3 or 2 or sometimes more rows each time .and I respond to them with the last one or randomly non of them is more than 24 hours you will see. I wrote them from different columns because they don't write to me in only one column. when I wrote another one it looks like I did not answer but you will see I answered the same person in the other column. I can send you a screenshot or you can see it already when you write their name in the search area at the massage session. how can we solve that?
"I answered them in another message within 24 hours"
That's your problem right there. You have to respond to that message. If a buyer sends you multiple messages and starts multiple threads, you have to respond to each one. Opening a case about it is pointless because they've been clear they're not going to manually change anything.
There is nobody but other sellers here.
@ByLivRich: When you are calculating your message response percentage, remember that only the FIRST message of a NEW thread counts for Star Seller. Have you looked at the applicable CSV file available on your Star Seller page for more information?
And this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts). Hopefully one of the Etsy admins will look at your message history.
Do you mean the response time data which Etsy provides? after receiving the message and answering times and client information? I did . I see 3 clients which look like I did not answer but actually, I answered them in another message within 24 hours. and I couldn't find any contact for an open case about this claim for Etsy all automatic responses and not indicate my problem.

I've made the same mistake. Some customers start a new post every time they contact you. You must answer the new post. If you answer them on an old thread, it will not count.
