I canot LOG IN to MY Shop FionaDesigns https://fionadesigns.etsy.com/

How can I get back into my shop... I tried to contact help but no luck at all.

Where are you trying to log in (app or browser?)

What is happening when you try to log in? Are you getting an error message?

Do you have 2 factor authentication activated? Are you receiving the code?

It may have happened when they created the new Etsy seller app. I had my shop on vacation mode for a while. I can't login at all. And when I try to make a new password I basically get locked out. I tried contacting the help via the contact area but I never got helped - just asked me a ton of questions and when I answered them no one got back to me.

Your shop is open and visible, but empty.  You should have no trouble logging in, can you describe what is happening?  Are you using the app or the website?  What are you seeing when you try to log in?

The shop in question, FionaDesigns says on the page that 'FionaDesigns is currently not selling on Etsy'.

The user page: https://www.etsy.com/people/fionadesigns says "Sorry, the member you are looking for does not exist." This means that you or Etsy has deleted the user account of the shop, which means you can not log into that user account and, by extension, you can not log into the selling account.

You will need to contact an Etsy rep to sort this out. Good luck with that.

Thank you - I am trying to reach out to an Etsy rep but haven't had any luck - I didn't delete the account or my shop....

The contact help on the website didn't work at all.

Do you have a direct real person contact by any chance - the Etsy help was clearly a robot and never got back to me.

@FionaDesignsStudioNo, I do not have a real person on Etsy to contact and I'm pretty sure giving out that sort of information would put my shop in jeopardy. Sorry.

The only thing I do know is to keep responding to the same stream of help messages by clicking the link that says something like "I need more help". If you do not do that Etsy will close the current ticket and open a new one with a new support request.

That shop shows as no longer selling on Etsy.  I'm not sure how to contact Etsy regarding a shop they closed other than via the help section.

A cached version of fionadesigns dated September 12 has the ''currently not selling'' banner.

The shop looks open to me although there are no sales, and no items listed, no policies, about section etc, so it looks like it's just setting up.

As there is nothing there, you could always close it, completely, and set up another one.

as you are logged in here, you should be able to get to your shop, click on your shop name in your avitar

@FionaDesignsStudio  Inactive shops can get highjacked by scammers. If it's been closed since September and you noticed it only now, when was the last time you signed into that shop? Etsy might've detected suspicious activity and closed it.

I honestly don't remember because the old etsy seller app logged me in automatically.

I wish there was a way to contact a real person.
