I cannot verify my bank account deposit

I have been trying to verify my bank account for more than 20 days. When I get the deposit to the bank I can't find the box where to enter the amount because it is simply not there. The only thing that appears is a button that says "omit".

I have spoken several times with Etsy chat and the only thing they suggest is to re-enter my bank account, wait another 5 business days to receive the deposit and try again, but never appears the box where to verify the deposit and the truth is that I'm pretty desperate. Does anyone else it happens?
What is the solution?
The store is in Spain and in other occasions I have verified other bank accounts without any problem.

Try a different browser and don’t use the app

I really hope you managed to sort this - I’ve had a nightmare with it too, though not for that long.  I am so sorry.  Just to warn you too - once they verify an existing bank account they still go on to hold on to your deposits for a further 5 days - completely against their written policy.   It is not good
