When I responded to the buyers with pictures. It always shows a note "Looks like you're messaging this person for the first time, so you can't send images yet." Whether new or returning customers.
@BlossomStamps I resolved it! I use chrome and looks like I had to update chrome to the latest version, now my icon to upload the pictures is in my messages again!
The icon has returned. I didn't do anything, it just reappeared after being gone all day. Must have been an issue on their end that they have resolved.
Yup I have had this too and also no option to upload photos as far as I know Etsy have removed attachments of photos. I really don’t know what’s going on with that say since they’ve made changes from the old version to the new version, but none of it is good none of it at all
I have customers getting frustrated when they can't send photos. I've had this happen several times but I thought it was just a glitch. I hate to hear this is an on going issue. It's so much easier to communicate through Etsy so the information is all in one thread.
