Hi, Here is a Thread where the OP was having trouble. When she contacted Support, it was fine for a short time, then back to the same problem. Knock on wood, it's fixed for her now. But read the suggestion from SmudgePlant (on Pg. 1). It didn't help the OP, but maybe it will help you. I hope so.
