I cannot purchase a shipping label

Hello, when I press the black Get Shipping Labels bar nothing happens. I can’t purchase labels for any of my orders. Is there some kind of glitch maybe?? Appreciate any help.

I am also unable to print shipping labels, but this challenge is only in 1 of my 3 shops. I tried logging in to the problem shop in a different browser and I still can't print labels from that shop only.

same. I tried opening a new browser and it still does not work.

I was just now able to move the orders from the 'in progress' back into the "new orders" tab and then I could print a shipping label. I still cannot print shipping labels for orders marked as 'in progress' in that one shop.

Yes, we can't print labels either.  We've cleared cache, cookies, etc., and tried going through both Chrome and Firefox.  Nothing works!
