I cannot deactivate or delete listings

I cannot deactivate or delete active listings. I get the "Oops. something went wrong" message. It has been going on for at least 2 days. It is happening on multiple computer systems. I've sent a help ticket... but my last 3 help tickets have been closed without any correspondence from Etsy. They just close them without resolution. It takes weeks for them even to bother to do that. I am in the process of moving, and certain things are packed and need to be deactivated. I'm not ready to put my shop on hold yet. Has anyone had this issue? Was it solved? How did you solve it?

I also have not been able to deactivate or delete an item on phone or on laptop for the last two days, i just tried the app and it does allow it there.

Gotta say I'm glad it isn't just me--my shop has been on vacation for ages but I just got an overdue bill notice from etsy saying I owe $10.80. Was never given to understand that my listings would continue to accumulate fees even while on vacation, which they've been doing for a year, and etsy never brought any bill for it to my attention--so now in trying to ensure they stop charging me when I'm not actively selling anything (and WOW on that) I've attempted to deactivate these listings and cannot. Pretty irritated on all levels here, but it looks like contacting them is pointless and will just have to wait it out like everybody else. Dumbfounding, really.

im getting the same thing trying to deactivate a listing as i the only way i could save it was to publish it (which  is dumb) but now cant deactivate it

I am having the same problems. Can't deactivate, delete or even edit a listing. Today is the only day I have time to do it and have wasted 4 hours trying to figure out what is wrong. Tried a different computer and same thing happens. Ugh! Get with it Etsy!!!!

I have also been unable to deactivate my listings. I am going for surgery and trying to get shop shut down for that with some listings still up until I put on vacation. I wish Etsy would fix this problem!!!!

@DreamyTimesShop  Oh no - I see you have a lot of listings!  You can deactivate one at a time, if you view your own shop and click on each listing - the options over the main picture works.

The mobile app also works, can you access that, or use a friend or relative's phone to do that?

Tried to get support. But that is not working either. Kind of scary, I think I will close this shop until the get it fixed. I'm wondering if it has been hacked?

You can deactivate using the app on your phone.

The Sell on Etsy App is working, to do all things, activate, edit listings, deactivate, publish, delete listings and even feature and unfeature. At least working for me on iphone.

Same issue here. Thea app works but it's not as easy to do as on the computer. Please solve this!

I, too, could not delete listings on the web browser (chrome or firefox) and was able to using the app.  The staff needs to fix this.

Hello. I have had the same problem the last couple of days.  Doesn't matter if I'm deactivating or deleting. I'm sure Etsy is working on it but in the meanwhile I have listings that have sold on other sites that I need to deactivate!  Very frustrating.   I was an IT Mainframe Analyst for 27 years so I do understand that some problems take time to resolve. So...I will keep trying to deactivate until it is fixed!  Keep Calm and Carry On!

Was having the same issue, tried on different devices but the only one that worked was through my phone with the app.
