I can't verify my bank account

Hello , I haven't been able to receive my Etsy payments for months. I use Lunar Bank in Denmark, but the Etsy's system doesn't allow me to enter the bank's swift code or IBAN number correctly. I've talked to etsy chat at least 5-6 times and they made the same updates each time, but the result hasn't changed. I'm also sending a bank statement to them .When I enter my bank information, I first receive a verification message, but then I receive a message saying your money could not be sent. (I have experienced this at least 6-7 times)

The bank code is 8 digits(LUNADK22), but Etsy's system tells me to enter a 4-digit numerical code.

The IBAN format for a Danish bank is

Country code	DK

Thanks for the advice but I tried this at least 6-7 times but the money still did not reach the bank.
