I got a sale that I see on my dashboard, but there is nothing in "orders&shipping" section, and I have not received money for this order?
What should I do now?
Thanks!

That usually means that the payment is processing. Give it a little time.
Etsy is processing the payment. Do not ship, wait for the caching! Happens to buyer from my shop when the credit card info differed from her account info. It is to prevent fraud.
Thank you!
The same thing just happened to me! Dashboard shows a sale but the order isn’t showing up, no email, sale count didn’t go up.. & one of my listings that had 1 in stock, is now out of stock.
I would also check in your Completed Orders that something isn't there. Sometimes payment doesn't go through (for a variety of reasons) and is cancelled by Etsy almost immediately because payment will not go through. (I have had a couple of these). I'm suggesting this is just in case the order isn't going through processing. When an order is processing the order appears in your new orders but has "Pending" label on it, so you don't ship the order out before processing is complete.
I am brand new to Etsy and this is exactly what I needed to know as the same thing has just happened to me, thanks ladies x
Any new answers? This happened to me too
The processor does that for your protection, you need to wait. FYI it’s better to start a new post than try to get an answer from an old one.
