I can't get paid

I sell abroad without any problems from my Etsy store. But I cannot receive payment from Turkey. Either Etsy cancels the orders or my customers cannot pay at all. I couldn't find the source of the problem. If anyone has any ideas on the subject, please help me.

Are both your sales from overseas buyers? If local buyers are telling you they cannot purchase it could be an issue with their card or they are hoping you will take the sale offsite which is likely going to end up in a scam scenario. I would contact Etsy and ask them to check the possibly problem with your local payments. I would also tell any local buyers who say they have this problem to contact Etsy directly as sellers do not handle the payment side of things. Under no circumstances do you want to take these sales offsite. You lose all seller protection and it's likely a scam.

You are a new shop

there are a lot of scam messages going around saying they can't buy, and want your e-mail, or other phishing activities, they are trying to steal from you.

mark the messages as spam, and ignore them
