I am also getting an error when I try to download my reviews. It hasn't worked for a couple of weeks now. I thought it might resolve itself, but I just tried again and still get the error.
I also offer the same items on my personal website (trying to get away from all the Etsy fees) and attach verified reviews to those products. A lot of seller do the same.
@PersonalizedCraft: Out of curiosity, do you get permission from the buyers first? Etsy Terms Of Service state that a review is content that belongs to the person POSTING the review, and that the poster gives (only?) Etsy permission to use it.
The question is prompted by several comments on the other thread about downloading reviews where people have said that they would be upset to find their reviews on venues other than Etsy.
Perhaps this has something to do with whatever reasons Etsy had to retire the findAllUserFeedbackAsSeller API call in favor of a much more restrictive getReviewsByListing API call.
