I can't deactivate my listing

So I was trying to deactivate this listing https://www.etsy.com/listing/1247749257/pendant-necklace-mookaite-jasper?click_key=abf4f318b8403388bd7fc2e1b9df2cded62637a6%3A1247749257&click_sum=20467cf7&ref=shop_home_active_18&frs=1 and it doesn't work. Can someone help?

I contacted Etsy.  They are looking into the issue. I told my contact there were many other shops with the same problem.  She said they'll look into it.  Hopefully the glitches will be corrected soon.

I'm having issues with relisting and adding from drafts.  I believe they are working on that part of Etsy.  I will try again later this evening.  This isn't the first time this has happened.

I'm having problems with renewing and deactivating items.  Don't know what's wrong.

I was able to deactivate on the Etsy app, my listing sold on another platform.  I have not been able to delete it on the desktop.  Try the app, you may at least be able to deactivate.

Just renewed a few expired items by going to edit and renewing. Hope that helps. Looks like there are several ways of working around the glitch. Hopefully it's fixed soon.

I can't manage my listings either to showcase at the top of the first page. I want to change it from my July 4th listings to another summer theme. No can do.

For about 24 hours now we're having have problems as well.

1) yesterday with a couple of renewals: not possible to select Manual renewal - the renewal itself was completed. But also afterwards revising the renewal option was not possible;

2) today: renewal not possible at all, and still not possible to revise the renewal option of the relisted items of yesterday.

A bug ?

Deactivating 2 listings went well today.

Still can't relist, let alone revise the renewal option to Manual.

However, just found this message:

It only mentions bulk listings while the issue also includes single renewals.

Deactivating a listing is (still) no problem.

I can't delete or deactivate either - it started a few days ago and I opened a ticket. He suggested clearing cache, updating browser, etc. but none of that worked.

@MugsGiftsStudio  So insulting to even suggest there's an issue on your end, when this is going on the third day.

If you view your own shop (like a Buyer would, not in Shop Manager) - click to view a listing - there are options over the main picture (on laptop/PC) that work - I tried Deactivating that way, and it works.  I assume delete would work too, if you wanted to delete an active listing.

Go to your listing and go to the right drop down and click “view on Etsy”. When the listing comes up, at the top, there is a DEACTIVATE button that works. I just did one of mine. You can only do it from the View on Etsy view.

Hi, I have the same problem. Not only can't I deactivate listings, I can't even delete any ended listings in my deactivated lists. I had raised the prices to ridiculous amounts on the things I want to deactivate, so on one would buy them, but I think I'll add sold out to the titles instead.  What a hassle!

I can not deactivate or delete my listing, I get the orange band and text "OPPS, something is wrong, please try again", I try again and no result. This is so frustrating. NO LUCK
