I can't contact support, live chat doesn't work

After contacting support on April 4, I still cannot contact the agent. The previous chat was not completed by the agent as usual. They were not asked to evaluate the work and opinion about the chat. Chat doesn't work, just all messages are unanswered.
In addition, an order that was not shipped was included in the star seller rating. And it is taken into account when calculating the rating as sent without a tracking number. How to get Etsy help? What Etsy mail can I write to?

Etsy never changes anything to do with Star Seller if that's why you are trying to contact them.  It is a fully automated programme.

If you find one on the internet it is almost guaranteed to be a scam. Try https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?segment=selling or you can open a support ticket through Dashboard > Community & Help > Contact Us

Generally an order is not included in Star Seller stats until after its scheduled ship by date. If the order is not marked as completed / shipped on or before that date it is considered as shipped late. A late unshipped order will not have a tracking number.

I have an open ticket for days now and no response about my spam message that was not spam that I replied to in spam and then moved to my inbox and then it changed my rating from 100 to 75 for messages. I can't get anyone to reply back. I know they said the spam messages that were not spam would not affect ratings, but it affected mine.
