Anyone else having troubles with updating processing times? I can change the data, but nothing happens when I click on 'Save Profile'.
It doesn't work on my desktop neither on the mobile app.... I'm in France.

Maybe create a new profile with the settings you want to see if that is a workaround.

I checked on both chrome and edge on the laptop and everything is fine with me I can change them and save them and they saved them with the new processing times I had to then go back in and change them back but they are working fine.
On my mobile I don't use the apps I come in through the official Etsy Site and everything is fine there as well.
I hope you get it sorted.
@LittleGemsJewells Thanks for taking that effort! It seems a French problem, I've read somebody else saying something is not adjustable in her/his shop, coming from France. Will wait a bit more;-). Have a great day!
I had this problem a few weeks ago, I know exactly what you mean... nothing happens when you click the save button, I ended up having to make new profiles for every item, it was very time consuming, this is definitely a small bug that's affecting a few people so unlikely to be fixed.
